CORE Leadership Initiative provides a comprehensive package of COOL 2B Kind®, COOL 2B® and CONNECT OWN REVEAL EMPOWER® workshops, seminars and programs that can be custom-designed to help improve the culture of a range of organizations. Our acronym says it all—we teach participants to CONNECT OWN REVEAL EMPOWER®.

We are set up to serve:

Middle schools and high schools. Our COOL 2B Kind® and COOL 2B® programs are designed to impact problems with bullying, victimization, depression, suicide, substance abuse, academic performance and overall school culture. These proactive, in-person programs promote kindness and diversity. Specifically, the COOL 2B Kind® educational workshops focus on the bond between animals and humans, and the importance of kindness to all living creatures. Research is clear on the correlation between cruelty to animals and human violence. COOL 2B Kind® workshops address this issue in a preventative, proactive manner, instilling the powerful message that it's “COOL 2B Kind®”. (Virtual options are available.)

Parenting groups. Our CONNECT OWN REVEAL EMPOWER® parenting workshops offer a freeing and transformative lens through which to view children of all ages. We incorporate the latest research on moral development and personal identity. Disciplining children can be a problem—but we can teach you how to use the language of CORE to avoid power struggles and unnecessary conflict and to put your children on the road to wholeness and success.

Corporations, small businesses and non-profits. CORE Leadership Initiative’s revolutionary CONNECT OWN REVEAL EMPOWER® programs are universal in their relevance and ability to promote centeredness and cohesiveness. We offer leadership seminars, workshops and programs to organizations that want to improve their corporate culture. Do you want to “change your language to change your company”? Or decrease conflict and increase cooperation among your staff? Our COOL 2B® programs can help.
